tamasaph Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating anaccount or using the tamasaph platform. By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision stated here, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use tamasaph services. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for your reference.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the tamasaph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and tamasaph regarding your use of the platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. tamasaph reserves the right to refuse access to any user who does not comply with these conditions.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to tamasaph is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Online gaming is intended for adults only, and we take our responsibility to enforce this requirement seriously. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. tamasaph may request verification documents at any time to confirm a player's age and identity, and failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. It is illegal for minors to access or participate in online gaming activities, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately with any remaining balance returned subject to verification of identity.

3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of features on tamasaph, you must register for a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. tamasaph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service, and updating it regularly to reduce security risks.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. Account registration is personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to any other individual or entity.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of tamasaph, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal functioning of the platform, including but not limited to attempting to hack or bypass security measures, introducing malware, or overloading platform infrastructure. Fraudulent activity of any kind — including but not limited to chargebacks, collusion, match manipulation, use of automated betting software or bots — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You agree not to use tamasaph for money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering laws applicable in the Philippines. You further agree not to post, transmit, or share any content on the platform that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. tamasaph reserves the right to monitor platform activity and take appropriate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — when violations of these obligations are detected.

- Do not use VPNs or proxies to circumvent platform access restrictions.
- Do not exploit bugs, errors, or technical glitches for personal gain.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on tamasaph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which are detailed on the relevant deposit page within your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment source that belongs to you — third-party deposits are not permitted. tamasaph is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal procedures and timelines, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are subject to change. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals will be clearly communicated where applicable. Funds held in your tamasaph account do not accrue interest.
6. Limitation of Liability
tamasaph provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we make every effort to maintain consistent platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tamasaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
tamasaph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk, and you participate entirely at your own discretion.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
tamasaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gambling, fraudulent transactions, abusive behaviour toward platform staff or other users, multiple account creation, or any other conduct that tamasaph deems harmful to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during that period. If a closure is determined to be justified following investigation, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the tamasaph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of tamasaph or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of tamasaph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any right or licence to use any of these marks without the explicit written permission of the applicable owner.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The tamasaph platform may reference or incorporate third-party services, such as payment processors and game software providers, that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. tamasaph does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service providers integrated into or linked from the platform. Your use of any third-party service is governed entirely by that party's own terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from those services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before providing personal or financial information. tamasaph shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your dealings with any third-party provider connected to the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms and Applicable Law
tamasaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through the platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of tamasaph that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
